Who are we?Miti Ventures is on a mission to upgrade the business of small merchants and grow the incomes small business owners in the Philippines.Compensation: 13,000 Basic + 5,000 gas/mobile/meals allowances non-taxable, 2,000 IncentivesBase: Bacolod City, West VisayasFIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE |We are looking for full time field sales promoters to join our merchant acquiring team. The sales promoter's responsibilities include attracting new merchants and improving merchant acquisition quality, driving mobile application launches and on-ground events, helping small merchants to understand and then use our services, answering their questions, and understanding both their pain points and future needs.You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. To be successful as a sales representative, you will be passionate about the solutions we provide for small merchants and have the energy to inspire colleagues and customers alike.You will make deep connections with the merchants, be their 'bes' and our true brand ambassador.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Driving targeted merchant acquisition deliverables in assigned territory Learn the mobile app solution, become an ambassador and deliver the portfolio of solutions to merchants Ensure that merchant feedback, queries, concerns and experiences are captured, addressed and communicated to the sales manager and merchant acquiring team head On-ground face to face engagement with merchants on a periodic basis, troubleshooting and taking them from basic users to power users of the services Reporting operational performance and proposing process improvements to sales managers and leadersDETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES Listening to what merchants want, and need, and helping them find the right service offering Constantly building product knowledge on new benefits and delivering this in engaging ways. Deliver simple and compelling product demos/presentations and execute campaigns in assigned territory. Engage in productive interactions, show empathy and build good relationships with merchants. Distribute marketing collaterals and provide improvement feedback to sales manager and leader Follow up with merchants on their enquiries and guide them on mobile app usage Meet daily targets and submit sales reports to sales manager (team leader) Spot and prioritize new business opportunities and gather market intelligence.ATTITUDE FOR SUCCESS : FIELD SALES REP (AMBASSADOR) Passion, empathy and clear communication with merchants Problem solving and alternatives finding attitude Agility and flexibility, discipline to meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines Perseverance and drive to deliver results | We will train you and provide you with the tools you need Integrity and honesty are non-negotiable | Speak up and make yourself heard | We promise to listen Team player with strong customer service ethics and helping whole sales team succeedQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or similar. Part time/graduate students in marketing preferred. Previous sales experience with retail, insurance or consumer brands is a plus Customer service skills | Ability to translate service features to merchant benefits Confident and friendly when engaging with merchants | Simple and clear style of communication Ability to work independently in assigned territory. Detail oriented | Observe what merchants say and also don't say, to uncover their needs.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
