Develop and grow an assigned territory through hunting opportunities and maintaining existing business
Makes sales contacts and research customer needs to develop business opportunities with potential prospects
Using structured sales techniques, follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls on potential customers in a defined assigned territory
Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, as well as any other sales activities
Maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores and reports all sales activities
Close profitable businesses that support business objectives
Seeks support to resolve customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timely follow-up
Engage overseas offices to promote route development campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business solutions selling experience required with a focus on prospecting new customers and developing existing business relationships
Experience in sales planning, sales proposals, and selling the value propositions appropriate to corporate level customers and other stakeholders in the organization
Demonstrated understanding of sales financial targets with proven successful results
Highly self-motivated, with a strong interest for learning
Ability to articulate by using of clear, convincing and tailored communication
Proven selling skills and knowledge of value propositions
Recognized flexible disposition; open to coaching and feedback
