Job Title: Field Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Manager Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings for the leads that have been scheduled on your calendar by the customer success team.
• Ensure you have all the information needed for a viewing to be converted to successful booking.
• Quickly learn the prospects\' needs and match them to our available options. Collaborate with the inbound team to arrange and independently conduct viewings.
• To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
• Attend scheduled viewings timely and ensure timely follow-up on the same business day (24 hours)
• Ensure feedback from the leads are captured during viewings, or post viewings on their final decision-making
• Responsibilities include working with operation staff to ensure end moment check-in\'s are accommodated. Working with the finance team to ensure invoices generated are correct and payments are made.
• Vigilant in reporting any damages noticed in the properties during viewings to the Sales Operations team.
• Collaborate with the team to arrange and independently conduct viewings
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with sales background
• Able to hit quota every month and be performance-driven
• Meticulous in lease documentation
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
• High degree of commitment & a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Technology savvy
• Ability to work with various departments
• Mandarin speaking if possible
