Roles & Responsibilities Descriptions

• Support for quality on-site start-up, installation, commissioning and maintenance of testing equipment at customers' sites
• Support in preventive and corrective maintenance work of equipment.
• Support in the troubleshooting processes and rectification of faults.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and calibration on testing equipment
• Assist the liaison with production and testing team to ensure that the system complies with customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for system maintenance records
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations when carrying out work and identify any breaches.
• Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies as an emergency response team member.
• Mechanical preventive maintenance - verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repair.

• Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, related work experience in the material testing industry will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Can work independently and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Electrical/Electronic systems servicing skills & able to learn things fast.
• On-the-Job Training will be provided.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
