Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS) and Fire Alarm system
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery

MUST HAVE:

• Diploma / equivalent or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) and Fire Alarm System.
• Hands on experience in Field Service Engineering and Maintenance.

WE VALUE:

• A&A Project work experience
• Experience in other domains of Building technologies (Security, etc.) and/or Instrument (temperature sensor, flow, actuator, etc.).
• Familiarity with Controller programming
• Good written and oral communication
• Good presentation skills
