Job Description
Biomedical Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment at module/card level
- Preform scheduled maintenance according to defined scope and standard operating procedures
- Close service call with duly completed service reports
- Customer complaint handling and escalation
- Training will be provided for selected candidates
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics and Mechantronics Engineering
- Knowledge of an IT environment (e.g. System Administration, Windows OS)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good team player and independent worker with good written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience working with medical equipment will be an added advantage
