As a Field Service Engineer at Honeywell in Singapore, you will be instrumental in the on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Your role involves not just hands-on technical work, but also delivering technical presentations to customers, peers, and competitors. You will be responsible for revising and correcting work instructions and training guides for field installation specialists, driving continuous improvement in field service processes, and leading cross-functional efforts to resolve administrative issues related to equipment delivery and installation. Additionally, you will serve as a key escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To display efficient work ethics and constantly capable of meeting and delivering the task and responsibilities assigned to him/ her, with Excellent interpersonal qualities with the ability to bring the best out of the team and various stakeholders in delivering desired results.
  • With good BMS, Security and /or FAS system knowledge, sound business acumen understanding and well experience in project management.
  • To Exhibits positive behaviours in going the extra mile in meeting datelines for assigned projects where he/she could be counted on to deliver on quality and results.
  • Knowledge in computer skills and internet connectivity.
  • Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients.
  • Equipped with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely by utilizing skills and knowledge gained to overcome any operational issues.
  • Knowledgeable in Niagara 4.0 and higher; with analytics is added advantage.
  • Well verse in BMS interfacing high level interfacing like BACnet, Modbus, OPC and the like.
MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees in engineering or business are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role.
  • Experience in handling complex technical systems and equipment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience in documentation and technical writing.
WE VALUE:

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer service background.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced Degree in a related field is preferred.
