Field Service Engineer - Jurong Island [LKH] Training Provided !!

Our client is a French-based listed utility company focus on providing chemical and equipment solutions to deal with industrial water and process challenges.
Currently they are sourcing Field Service Engineer to oversee their multiple sites at Jurong Island. This is a 24 months agency contract position with 1 month completion bonus for each completed year.
Working hour : Mondays - Fridays | 08:30 hrs - 17:30 hrs (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Note: Shuttle bus will be provided at Lakeside MRT

Essential Responsibilities:

• Managing the service and the relationship with the customers of assigned accounts
• Expected to work independently and in a safe manner
• As a field service engineer, through our training, you are expected to be the site expert to provide routine technical support to our customer and help trouble shooting when any issue occurs
• Provide routine service and support to the existing customers in accordance to the service plan pre-agreed with customers
• Conduct site analysis ensuring parameters and KPIs are within control and met, and provide field service report as required
• Collection of samples for lab analysis
• Maintenance and calibration of site equipment like analyzers and chemical dosing pumps
• Maintain a treatment database and provide reports with trends and KPIs as required
• Assist the customer to manage site chemical inventory
• The field service engineer is also required to support the customer to run value generation project
• The field service engineer is also required to support the sales team to go after new accounts and take the lead to startup the account once contract is signed
• The field service engineer will also support the sales team for new trials in existing and new accounts

Other requirement:

• Class 3 driving license and able to cycle.
