Summary

To provide after sales \xe2\x80\x9cengineering support\xe2\x80\x9d for installation/post installation of instruments supplied by BD Life Science. To carry out maintenance during warranty & contract period.

Responsibilities

• To Install instrument as per the guideline of GDPMDS.
• Schedule preventive maintenance & carry out PM on schedule.
• To achieve or exceed the service revenue set for the financial year.
• Resolve the problems stated by the users of instruments
• Train our customer to self-maintenance and get better knowledge about our BD products
• Clear and concise communication with colleague and supervisor in order to help team reach business objective
• Any other support to team

Preferred Requirements:

2-3 years of instrumentation or Field service experience in Medical device or Biomedical or Biotechnology or Life Science industry

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering or any other equivalent study

Class 3 driving license with own car

Good customer service skill
