Responsibilities
Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
Act as main contact for Neurology products (EEG, EMG, MEB).
Support customers with service issues and projects.
Provide training and guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
Collaborate with sales/product teams to meet customer needs.
Maintain records and ensure timely response to enquiries.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Basic IT knowledge (networking, Windows server, Active Directory).
Willing to be on standby after hours/weekends.
