\xc2\xb7 Responsible for executing troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and qualification of instruments systems either in-house via the instrument depot or at the customer site.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all customer tickets are resolved in a timely basis and in a satisfactory manner, demonstrating good customer service and working with cross-functional teams in doing so.

\xc2\xb7 Update and maintenance of relevant CRM databases (Service Max / Service Cloud / SFDC) and other platforms for field and instrument services activities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical assistance and instructions to customer regarding instrument systems operation and maintenance through email, phone / network call and on-site visit.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Sales department to manage, schedule, and coordinate with customers in the region for servicing of instruments supplied.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Services, to ensure resolution of any issues.

\xc2\xb7 To provide instrument demonstration and training for customers, where needed.

\xc2\xb7 Manage loaner fleet and necessary record keeping.

\xc2\xb7 Works with Manager and other relevant department for field support of any new product launches.

Develop. review and harmonization of SOPs for relevance, fitness-of-use, optimisation, and compliance to appropriate regulations for equipment and instrument matters.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure completion, maintenance and archival of completed qualification protocols and/or service reports.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for procurement, monitoring, and inventory management of spare parts.

\xc2\xb7 Training of junior members or contract staff, where applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure housekeeping is performed within the area of responsibility.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with quality group to support on-site customer audits of area within remit.

\xc2\xb7 Report customer complaints to quality assurance assisting with the investigation, needed testing, and communicate status and resolution to the customer.

\xc2\xb7 Perform and / or review risk assessment and conduct investigations in area of responsibility, where applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain or review appropriate records and documentation of activities to facilitate continuous compliance to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, cGMP, PIC/S, Company local and global SOPs, ALCOA+ and Data Integrity principles.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare or review change management and other appropriate quality assurance documents in the event of critical / major change in equipment, instrumentation, and facilities.

\xc2\xb7 Report immediately to the manager and document for any event that has occurred at the laboratory, which could, in his reasonable opinion, potentially result in hazardous, litigious, or quality-compromising situation.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar w min 1 yrs of relevant experience in Medical industry
