Gargantua Robot Pte Ltd is a newly set up Singapore office for a China-based robotic company. We are building a team in Singapore to cater to the international customers that we\'ve gained over the years. You will be the pioneer of the Singapore Technical Team focusing on the Field Service Engineer role. The working location will be at One North area, office hours.

• Responsible for customer online training, including products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem handling, LIDAR, Chassis, Robot use and other related functions of training.
• Robot technology FAQ, assist customers to solve problems in the deployment and operation of the service robot.
• Robot MCU firmware configuration, hardware debugging test.
• Continue to track the use of the product to improve customer product utilization.
• Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including configuration schemes, implementation schemes, fault manuals, etc.

• Bachelor degree or above, background in computer science and technology/software engineering.
• Familiar with C/C++ language and program development under real-time operating system.
• Experience in mobile robot navigation and mobile robot motion planning projects is preferred.
• Experience in Windows and Linux development is preferred.
• Good at communication, optimistic and confident, interested in robotics and have strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Candidate is required to have the knowledge in Mandarin as this role requires you to liaise with China HQ team and Chinese customers when necessary. You need to be able to read (technical documents), speak and type Mandarin.
