Conduct on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for semiconductor metrology equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Manage spare parts inventory accurately to ensure availability for service tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
Engage in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
Requirements:
Experience as a field service engineer.
Familiarity with defect inspection or review tools.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime when required.
