Field Service Technician
to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Install and service food processing equipment at customer sites (locally and overseas).
Deliver basic technical training to end-users.
Provide remote troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical guidance via email or phone across the Asia region.
Ensure all service activities meet company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Customer Engagement
Perform initial troubleshooting following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support and monitor resolution progress within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify and report recurring technical issues or customer feedback to the team leader.
Requirements
Must have permanent working rights in Singapore with no restrictions.
Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in machinery troubleshooting are also welcome.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering roles.
Experience in meat (non-halal) processing facilities, especially with slicing equipment, is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel across the Asia region.
