Job Description


  • Company Van provided (drive back)
  • 5.5 days, Mon- Sat
  • Salary up to $3k+ AWS+Vb
  • Service Centre at Jurong East

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment reported by customers
  • Checks parts needed and ascertain costs of parts
  • Repair products assigned
  • Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
  • Answer customers\' queries about repair details and parts change
  • Escalate case to company if necessary
Requirement
  • Min 1 year of hands-on troubleshooting experience
  • Valid class 3 license
