Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the operations of Robotic Products Perform basic housekeeping and routine checks. Provide the first response to any technical issues encountered by Robotic Product Assist in attending to Tier 1 - Operations related issues via remote or on-site support Prepare the Service Reports, Maintenance Report and other Operations related documents as needed Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum

Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering

or other related fields Proven work experience of at least 1 year in a technical industry
