The Field Service Technician is a front-line representative of TOMRA to our customers, so outstanding customer service is essential. This position will be required to interface with our customers, (retails and shopping centres) as well as members of the public, daily at sites throughout Singapore.
The first stage of this position is to ensure trial RVM's are installed and maintained, showcasing the quality of our processes, products and service. Once a network of equipment is fully rolled out, a Service Technician is field based, primarily working at customer sites throughout Singapore and occasionally in our office.
Whilst you will visit the TOMRA office and/or warehouse occasionally for administration and to collect spare parts, you will mainly be on the road extensively within your respective region.
