- Oversee the daily operations of our team of commercial kitchen equipment technicians. Provide coaching and support, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Provide technical expertise to team members. Assist in troubleshooting complex issues and guide technicians through problem-solving processes.
- Regularly inspect the work of technicians to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction. Provide constructive feedback and address quality issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep technicians updated on the latest techniques, tools, and safety protocols related to commercial kitchen equipment.
- Organize and manage the scheduling of work orders and assignments.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues quickly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures.
- Possess Diploma is preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience as a commercial kitchen equipment technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Valid driver\'s license may be required depending on the nature of the job.
