Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair, and other specialized services on the complete product range.
Complete service work to the highest standard, adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Ensure service work is performed safely and efficiently with minimal callbacks and warranty expenses.
Submit comprehensive service reports for each service order, or weekly if the work duration exceeds one week.
Identify and promote new/additional services, parts, and products to customers, providing feedback on potential opportunities to the service office.
Supervise subcontractors and maintain the highest safety standards at job sites.
The Talent
NTC/Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the M&E industry, preferably in Data Centers or mission-critical infrastructures.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at client sites.
Service-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and leadership ability.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.
