Job Description
:
Perform faults rectification in either CCTV/ UC/ PBX . IT or network background preferred.
- Installation, setup, and programming
- Able to conduct site survey
- IT knowledge in Networking & structure cabling advantages
- Hands-on experience is an advantage
- Must be a team player and work closely with the sales team
- Provides good customer services
- Share customer feedback and on-site issues to continuously improve customer experience
- Manages all resources, materials & equipment required for each project deployment effectively & efficiently
- Class 3 licence
