Job Description
Job Title: Field Technician (ID1309) Location: Tuas, Island-wide Transport Pick-up in Singapore and Johor Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm. Salary: Up to $1600 to $2800 : Tasks
- Support testing procedures for Solar Modules/Cells upon requests from Engineers in Manufacturing or Lab Setting
- Prepping modules for tests including cleaning and carrying of modules
- Assist in the fabrication of Cells, Modules and Mini-Modules (requires Soldering skills and Knife safety/confidence)
- Monitor test sequences of Solar Modules/Mini-Modules/Cells (Time Management)
- Assist Engineers for new product development tasks
- Maintain 5S in work locations (Labs/Manufacturing/Office)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from the management
- Cross-trained in multiple equipment
- Comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety protocol at all times
- Participate in projects related to safety improvement
- Communication and Presentation
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with Technology Engineers and Manufacturing Staff
- Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Basic Electrical Engineering understanding
- Experience in equipment maintenance
- Must be physically fit
- Able to work with basic tools (Solder, Power drill, Allen Keys, etc)
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to work Overtime when required
- Monday to Friday
