Leego is expanding its team to support the growing adoption of our Automated Visitor Management Solutions. Leveraging the latest web technologies and intelligent automation, we continue to innovate and deliver next-generation systems. We are now hiring Field Technicians, with the following job details:
Responsibilities
Provide front-line support for customer issues Diagnose and troubleshoot system functionality issues both remotely and onsite Conduct scheduled system maintenance Support new project testing Escalate issues effectively to Level 2 support Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements
Diploma/Nitec in related engineering field Experience in customer environments and network-related skills is a plus Good IT knowledge in Windows, Android, and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security) Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision Strong proactive communication and analytical skills Positive attitude and a good team player Willing to work extended hours when required * Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
