What you will be working on

Lead the servicing team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks, while maintaining and improving servicing, repairing and maintenance standards. Schedule and allocate adequate resources, monitor progress, and resolve reported issues proactively. Report intervention cases status and key updates to the Senior Manager. Act as a key personnel in independently leading team discipline, shift planning, and day-to-day operations. Oversee team recruitment, performance appraisals, and ensure skills training is aligned with current and future shift requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards. Lead and work closely with team members to ensure the team meet the respective KPI and Response Time Coordinate effectively with department leaders to ensure smooth and well-communicated task completion. Analyze operational practices and recommend or implement system/process improvements. Will be working with Team Members to complete the field intervention cases

What we are looking for

Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical discipline graduates or any technical qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experiences in a technical environment Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce Candidates with Class 3 Singapore driving license preferred. Practical, hands-on experience in beverage equipment ( Preferably) Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement projects. Demonstrated capability in resource planning and team management.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
