Adecco is currently partnering with a IT industry based in Singapore. We are now looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customer and partners in this fast growing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-Launch Mobile Device Testing, Mobile Chipset Testing
• Conduct different types of test for phones of 2G/3G/4G/5G Smartphones. (Mobility testing & performance testing, network inter-operability testing, Feature/Functional testing, Stationery testing, Sanity testing)
• Execute field test case on GSM/WCDMA/UMTS, IRAT (Inter Radio Access Technology, IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) and NR (New Radio). Verify the call performance, IRAT handover and data performance of mobile phones
• To ensure the quality, the engineer shall use standard test procedures, company internal quality assurance requirements, and carrier/ customer specific features and applications test procedures.
• Log capturing and perform basic debugging analysis to differentiate between phone and network issues
• Work closely with Headquarter and R&D to solve problems encountered with handset. Providing R&D support and maintenance for pre and post product launch, including reproduction and diagnosis of problem
• Preparation of bug/issues & test summary report of the Field test
• Involvement in test plan preparation and preparation of test strategy. Drafting of some new test procedures
• Conduct testing Function test for Mobile Wallet application
• Conduct testing for newly developed application before they are launched in the Samsung application store
• Creating/editing Python script for Automation testing. Apply automation testing to our daily testing routine
• Submit test reports on the results of the field test

Job Requirements:

• A higher energy, self-motivated, smart and persistent individual driven to succeed
• Reliable, organized and should be detail oriented with effective time management. Able to juggle multiple tasks and inputs in a fast moving environment. Thrive in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of ISTQB and Agile testing methodology, mobile communication network protocol will be advantage
• 1-2 year of experience in scripting language (like python) will be an added advantage
• Have debugging skills, investigative mind, paying attention to small details.
• Strong analytic skills required. Able to identify discrepancies during testing procedures
• Good interpersonal relationship and ability to work in an environment with different culture
• Prior experience in testing will be advantageous
• Keeping focus in quality first mind-set
• Professional Certification/ NiTEC, Diploma, Advance/Higher graduate diploma, Bachelor\'s degree post graduate diploma, professional degree.
• Prefer with good command of English
• Know Chinese as there are application to test in local language
• Good knowledge of mobile communication network will be a bonus
