Job Description
Location: Changi Airport (Mostly air-conditioned) Job Type
- Contract (2- months + 1-year with the option to renew)
- Casual (Part-time from Nov-23 to Jan-24)
- Rate: $12 /hour, approximately 8-hour shifts
- AM Shift: 0700-1500
- PM Shift: 1500-2300
- Observe and record passenger service data into iPad
- Approach respondents to obtain feedback on service (Up to 5 Questions)
- Able to handle respondents\xe2\x80\x99 queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
- Education level: GCE "N\'\' Level and above preferably
- Proficient in the use of iPad
- Past experience in customer service would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training
- Comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
- For Contract Role: Able to commit at least 20 to 22 days a month
- For Casual/Part-timer Role: Able to commit at least 4-5 days a week
Contract length: 2 months Salary: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 \xe2\x80\x93 48 per week Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift system
- Weekend availability
- market research: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
