To ensure continuous supply of gases and chemicals to customer (REC Solar) at all times by installing containers on time and ensuring systems\' health;
To ensure error-free issuance of portable packages of gases and chemical to customers;
To ensure timely collection of hazardous waste from production lines;
To comply with site procedures and adopt pro-active approach to anticipate and prevent safety incident and supply interruption;
To be in full compliance to ALSg\'s and customer\'s safety, quality and reliabilty requirements (including regulatory and corporate requirements), that are relevant to site.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

During daily routine TGCM site operation:

• Maintain and operate gas and chemical delivery equipment at the customer site; perform basic troubleshooting and recovery of gas and chemical equipment;
• Perform daily rounds which includes recording inventory and system readings, completing system and facilities inspections, monitoring gas and chemical systems and verifying flammable/corrosive/toxic gas monitoring operation;
• Complete gas cylinder/drum/pallet/trailer, chemical drum/IBC/ISO tank container change-outs;
• Error-free issuance of portable packages of gases and chemical to customers;
• Timely collection of hazardous waste from production lines;
• Participate in Air Liquide\'s and Customer\'s programmes (e.g., training, safety, continuous improvement, quality, reliability, etc.);
• Operates TGCM gas and chemical systems in accordance to procedures and checklists

Safety / Quality / Risk Management.

• Comply with all HSE and quality procedures, including the proper use of PPE, forklift operations, lock out/tag out procedures, confined space entry, Life Saving Rules, work at height, etc.;
• Follow proper procedures for handling spills/gas leakage/emergencies, transfill of materials, and segregation of incompatible materials;
• Identify hazards and unsafe acts, and demonstrate positive workplace safety attitudes of attentiveness, eagerness, alertness, carefulness, seriousness, and being task-focused, team-oriented;
• Serve as Emergency Response Team member
• Strict compliance to local legislations and IMS requirements

Ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain good working relationships with Customer and team members;
• Proactive in identifying Customer\'s needs and preventing Customer\'s complaints

Staff training and development.

• Achieve the required levels of competency for TGCM operations by attending and passing both virtual and in-person trainings (including OJT);
• Continuous skill upgrading through internal and external trainings

Are you a MATCH?

• Diploma/Higher Nitec, Preferably Engineering (any field)
• CERT (Advantageous to possess)
• First aid (Advantageous to possess)
• Forklift operation (Advantageous to possess)
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment working directly with hazardous materials (if candidate holds Nitec and below qualification); preferred experience in semiconductor/photovoltaic/chemical/industrial gas environment. Ability to understand and abide by stringent operation and safety rules
