We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Finance & Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day finance operations in a growing manufacturing company. This role offers broad exposure to full-set accounting, AR/AP, tax compliance, and financial reporting -- ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking transactions
Improve internal controls and support business process enhancements
#
2. Accounts Receivable & Payable
Oversee invoicing, payment collection, and AR reconciliation
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely AP payments
#
3. Tax & Compliance
Prepare and submit GST filings; assist in tax computations
Ensure compliance with SFRS and local financial regulation
Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or SME environment
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
Familiar with Singapore's GST and financial reporting standards
Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
