We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
This position will support the Financial Controller, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ), in the overall Finance function for Acronis business within APJ region with a focus for Singapore and Australia accounting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Full finance spectrum handling monthly and year end activities covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cashflow, Banking, Intercompany, Taxation and any other finance matters.
• Ensure day-to-day transactional accounting, monthly journals, supporting schedules and cashflow management are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for full cycle accounts payable processing.
• Responsible for banking matters, petty cash, corporate card management and employee claims.
• Handle local tax filing requirements and overall tax compliance.
• Be the main finance liaison for Korea branch.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and local authorities as required by local laws and regulations.
• Ensure internal control policies and procedures comply with Company policies, local GAAP, and corporate accounting.
• Identify improvement areas and initiate good accounting control procedures and best practices to enhance accounting quality and efficiency.
• Additional ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in executing transactional accounting, financial controls and reporting.
• You should have a good knowledge of IFRS and/or local FRS. US GAAP is a bonus.
• Knowledge of local taxation regulations.
• Besides being a team player, you should be organized, process oriented and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• You should be focused on the end results, constantly striving to deliver outstanding performance and able to meet deadlines.
• Basic Korean proficiency would be an added advantage.
