Position Title: Finance & Admin Assistant
Working Location: Bencoolen
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (5-day work week)
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,200
Contract Duration: 2 years, with renewal option
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Support monthly financial reporting
Administrative Duties:
Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring proper documentation
Liaise with clients on various matters
Handle general communication (calls, emails)
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance/admin role
Basic accounting knowledge
Use accounting software (MYOB or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
