Job Description

Responsibilities:



Processing of company accounts. Managing staff leave records and staff expenses claims. Maintaining account ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations. Preparing and filing of financial statements. Maintaining financial records and documents and storing them in a systematic manner with proper traceability. Providing general administrative support.



Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration and/or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Able to work independently. Meticulous and detail oriented.



Remuneration:



Basic Salary: $3,300 - $3,600 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) * Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manage own transport
