Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance
Handle general office administration, filing, and document management
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and following up on deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist in data entry of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems.
Job requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in admin and/or accounts.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (Xero) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous, and ability to multitask.
Able to start immediately.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
