We are seeking to appoint a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, organization, and good attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication details. Proficient in using an ERP system such as SQL Account ERP system.

Description:

Maintain a full set of accounts on monthly basis for 2 companies Handle full sets of accounts (Including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) Month-end closings including preparation and review of financial statements Preparation of Tax Computation for reviews, and to follow up on Tax queries and liaise with Tax Agents as required Handle quarterly SST reporting Handle Malaysia Salaries & EPF & other required reporting. Develop business processes workflow and accounting procedures Handle day to day operations of invoicing, issuing and preparing accounts statement for customers. Monitor the inventory and stock. Any ad-hoc accounting & admin functions assigned by the management. Good interpersonal and communication details. Ability to handle tasks independently and in liaison with other departments/offices when necessary.
Other Information:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): SQL Account ERP system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 14 per week
