Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate AR & AP entry postings, financial records and statements.
  • Check, verify and process Bank Giro transactions.
  • Update general ledger and payroll files.
  • Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate.
  • Prepare accounting files, records and schedule.
  • Provide timely accurate quarterly GST reports for filing.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Perform Corp pass administrative duties.
  • Responsible for posting of job advertisement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountant or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts, HR and Administrative experience in FMCG or Logistics industry.
  • Possess good knowledge of accounting terms, language and payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Note: This position is 2-3 days’ work week.
