Job Description


Reporting to the Director, you will provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum Accounting, HR & Administrative duties.

Accounting

  • Provide standard and routine reports
  • Manage accounting entries and system
  • Handle monthly and annual accounts closings
  • Prepare and publish Financial Statements
  • Manage receivables and payables
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Manage year-end audit
  • Prepare budget and forecast
  • Compute periodic taxes and returns
  • Manage import shipment and stock records
  • Supervise a related company’s accounting and taxation
  • Perform administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned
Human Resources
  • Maintain employee records eg. attendance, medical certificates & hospitalization leaves etc. according to policy and legal requirements
  • Submit purchase request for office general purchases
  • Recruitment activities
  • Employment pass applications and renewals
  • Payroll processing
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Policy Updates
  • Conduct disciplinary actions
The Successful Applicant
  • Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters & multitask
