Finance Analyst (($5000 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide and furnish up to date budget utilisation and balance details in real time, for the purpose of facilitating stakeholders in seeking of budget and accounting approval
- Submit and update monthly utilisation and projection reports with supporting details and justification for significant variance
- Analyse, categorise and submit annual overall IT spent report to MOH.
- Funding and utilization monitoring and reporting
- Prepare and submit MOH claim by verifying items billed are in accordance to approved MOH budget and scope to get claim back timely and fully.
- Project and prepare cash flow status to MOH on MOH funded projects through close monitoring of past and future charges.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Bachelor Degree in business or finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial management and/or dashboard reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
