Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Analyst on a 6-month contract (extendable) to join our company. Your will be reporting to the Finance Director, and assisting him to forecasts future revenue and expenditures to help determine budgets for upcoming projects. Most part of your job will involve researching and reporting on financial information.

To provide timely and accurate support to the APAC commercial and finance teams of APAC business. This position is to provide analytical support for APAC region with focus on drivers of profitable business growth, including, but not limited sales actual/forecast/analysis, margin analysis, and other ad-hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

1) Analysing current and past financial data 2) Supporting Commercial in sales analysis (price/volume) for both actual/forecast. 3) Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends 4) Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business 5) Assist Finance Director to develop long-term commercial plans with business 6) Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information 7) Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts 8) Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth


Qualification:

• Minimum a degree in either Finance/Economics/Mathematics
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills; advance Excel skills and highly comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Good time management and interpersonal / communication skills
