Minimum Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree.

• 1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master's = one year) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Business Admin./ Economics

• 2 to 3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Costing, or related work experience.

• Responsible for ensuring timely and quality financial planning and costing, including:

- Co-ordinate and consolidate month end closed financial review analysis
- Co-ordinate and consolidate Outlook/Budget financial review analysis
- Monthly Financial Review package
- Monthly Cost Rollup and Product Cost/AUC simulation

• Variance analysis for Actual vs Outlook vs Budget for various areas such as:

- Sales Qty, Revenue, Standard COGS, Standard Gross Margin, and Inventory & FDOH

• Prepare Quarterly Outlook / Yearly Budget for:

- Financial Review package
- Inventory Projection

• Ad hoc projects - Process Automation / Improvement

Skills, abilities and knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft office skills, preferably knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of VBA Excel Programming, Tableau and M365 Copilot or Other AI application will be an added advantage.

• Able to work under stressful environment & tight deadline

• Good in planning and organizational and analytical skill

• Proactive and good problem-solving skills

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
