Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Finance Analyst (1 Year Contract) in the Expense Management team! !

The incumbent will join a team of 10 in the Accounts Payable team, assisting in the Bank's vendor payments, as well as reconciliation of Nostro/ Vostro accounts.

Main Duties

• Processing of vendor invoices for payments and staff claims. Ensuring adherence to internal expense policies.
• Administer GST and withholding tax accounting associated with accounts payable
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Monthly internal accounts (IAO) substantiation/nostro ageing report
• Support funding for rep office and branches
• Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives

• 5 years' of working experiences with exposure to the banking industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles and account payable processes an advantage
• Knowledge in GST and withholding tax rules
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to details and comfortable to interact with employees and vendors
• Good operational knowledge in software, eg. Microsoft Excel and Access.
