Job Description

• Position :Finance Analyst (Invoices/Billing/AR)
• Location: Benoi
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are invoiced timely and accurately
• Oversee and/or create invoices for customers
• Follow procedures for invoice creation, review, approval, and distribution
• Work with ops team and customer closely on the AR collection
• Keep records of contracts, amendments, work orders, etc., and their impact on billing requirements (e.g., annual inflation adjustments)
• On time submission of invoice to clients for approval & payment into various systems.
• Serve as liaison between Operations and Finance
• Attend meetings to keep abreast of upcoming changes to business
• Respond to Operations\' questions on billing
• Coordinate with operations on billing data, invoices etc to ensure on time and accurate submission
• Coordinate the setup of new accounting units, project codes, work centers, etc
• Ensure clients approve invoice on time. Generate report to clients on invoice changes with commentary
• Lead improvements to billing process

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or closely related field
• Team oriented
• Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
• Produces unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations
