Job Description

Our client is a Pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for a Finance Analyst to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central. Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing general ledger, including a chart of accounts maintenance, and journal postings.
• Responsible in performing financial period-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate period-end closing and reporting which including reviewing manual entries, accruals and intercompany reconciliation and fixed assets ledger.
• Responsible in handling preparation, reconciliation and submission of sales and stock reporting, including stock forecasting and invoicing.
• Responsible in involving with preparing and reviewing the worksheets and GST returns to be submitted to IRAS, continuously review, and provide advice on the GST compliance processes.
• Responsible in preparing and reviewing tax filing/reporting, in compliance with the local tax authority.
• Responsible in handling annual statutory audit process and local compliance submissions and ensuring timely completion.
• Responsible in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
• Responsible in liaising with a variety of departments and key stakeholders in the business to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Responsible in handling budgeting, forecasting and analysis of reports.
• Responsible in participating in new workflow and system implementation with the continuous improvement process.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / ACCA any relevant field
• Min 3-5 years working experience
• Prior experience working in Audit firm is a bonus
• Experience in handling consolidation is a bonus
