Position Summary

As part of our expanding BioProduction Group APJ Finance team, the Finance Analyst will partner closely with the commercial, sales operation, supply chain and finance team across all APJ counties. They will support the business in consolidation, planning and financial review to meet the group business needs and objectives.

The primary responsibilities include the but not limited to the following

• Monthly P/L Forecasting
• Monthly & Quarterly Business Review
• Top revenue accounts tracking and analysis
• SDFC Pipeline Tracking
• Driving in depth analysis on realization price and control discount leakage
• OPEX management, sales productivity and KPI dashboard
• Investment & ROI tracking
• Annual Operations Plan / Budgeting
• 5-Year Strategic Plan
• Business partnering with APJ commercial leaders to drive business targets
• Liaising with multiple finance /business partners at global
• Ensure quality, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting & analytics
• Drive forecast accuracy and transparency across countries
• Drive automation & process improvement
• Being involved in ad hoc analysis duties for projects

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-6 years working experience in MNC
• Good commercial sense and ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple partners demanding varied outputs.
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Experience in CMR, PLN, Hyperion, SAP is highly desirable.
• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good collaboration and coordination skill
• Willing to be hands on with analytical work
• Candidate with accounting/finance background is preferred
