About the Client

A leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices across 19 countries and territories.

Responsibilities

Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems. Process invoice payments and ensure timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses. Support budgeting, renewal of software/hardware contracts, and tracking of project costs. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements. Partner with technology leaders to monitor budget utilization for IT projects and operations. Prepare monthly dashboards and provide insights on technology spend. Assist in IT asset management - tracking, issuance, and decommissioning of laptops and hardware. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations. Support ad-hoc financial, operational, and asset-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.

Fresh graduates with strong academic results and relevant internship experience are welcome.

1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, technology finance, or related roles in banking/consulting is an advantage. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic modelling). Good knowledge of SAP / ERP systems (e.g., PEMS) is highly desirable. Understanding of technology expense types (CapEx vs OpEx) is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across finance and technology teams. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
