MNC/ BANKThe Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Finance Analyst
- Focus: Provide financial accounting support on Occupancy/Department costs focusing on Singapore; Project tracking & Asset booking, Month-end journals preparation, Audit preparations, Balance sheet attestation, and Cost Savings submission.
- Starts off as a 12 months contract
- Location: East
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role or finance role in banking industry
- Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders/partners
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
- Proficient in Basic Principles of Accounting and book-keeping
- Corporate real estate (CRE) experience preferred
- Provide financial support for DBS\'s portfolio
- Prepare accounting journals for financial adjustments and accruals entries
- Retrieve and consolidate data from Finance Hyperion system for preparation Occupancy/Department financial decks
- Create and maintain a repository for consolidation of various reports across CRESA
- Assist in tracking of project cost and strategic cost savings, and Ad-hoc investigations relating to payments, audit and occupancy fixed assets
