Finance Internship Opportunity - Singapore Office
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-spirited Finance Intern to join our finance team based in Singapore. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for professional development, especially in financial system upgrades and audit processes.
Job Details: Duration: 3-5 months
Key Responsibilities:

• I-Banking Payment: Assist the finance department with daily banking payment operations by preparing payment documents, verifying information, and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Issue Invoice: Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company procedures, ensuring all invoice details are accurate and properly filed
• Audit Support: Support the company's annual audit process by ensuring financial documents and records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide assistance with other ad hoc tasks assigned by the finance team to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial systems; experience with Kingdee is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with financial data.
