Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial and accounting operations within the company
- Provide guidance to the team based on Management's directives and the company's vision and mission.
- Develops, implements, and maintains all the accounting systems and process of the company including but not limited to maintaining reliable records of the general ledger, journal entries, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, revenue reconciliation, cash flows. among others.
- Responsible in ensuring that all reports, statutory and management reports are complete, accurate and prepared on a regular and timely basis.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA a must
- Statutory reports (BIR, LGU, and BOC a plus but not required)
- BOA accreditation is an advantage but not required
- Strong knowledge in any accounting systems/ software preferably well versed in QB
- Solid background and hands-on experience in preparing and handling statutory reports
- Strong working knowledge in financial reporting.
