Preparation of payment vouchers and claims submissions Issuance of invoices to customers and AR collections Assist in payroll matters Assist in quarterly GST submission Data entry into accounting system Assist in administrative duties Monitoring of buses regulations (road tax/insurance, etc) Any other ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements Min. N/O level certificate, diploma preferred Fluent in English (written/oral) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under flexible and fast-paced working environment Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office
