Office Administration which includes office management related matters, Lease Renewal or looking for new office location, Season Carpark, Office Stationery Indentation, Helping to book hotel bookings and Assisting in Marketing events and materials or both.
Responsible to follow up for AR in SAP
Bank bookings management in SAP for all bank movements
Vetting and approving invoices, such as transporters, terminals, surveyors, employee\xe2\x80\x99s expenses, commission etc
Managing month-end and year-end closing activities/ reporting/ activities
Handle GST, Corporate Tax, Annual Audit and Filing
Annual Budgeting
Setting up of new customer in SAP systems
Liaising with credit insurer on credit limit setup/ increase
Transfer pricing
Calculation of Stock value, revenue recognition, generate credit/ debit note
Other Admin Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
Diploma in Accounting with 3 years relevant experience.
Working knowledge of GAAP principles
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
Experience in financial reporting requirements

Working days: Monday to Friday
