QUALIFICATIONS: With Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management Strong influencing skills and ability to contribute effectively to strategy as part of the Senior Management Team Able to interpret and clearly explain complex financial data to non-finance staff to communicate effectively at all levels Knowledgeable in Credit and Collection, Banking, and related field in Accounting With Accounts Payable or general accounting experience Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications Has the ability to function well even under pressure Productive and capable of processing tasks within expected With good moral character/honest/trustworthyJOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all aspects of the Company's finances including payroll, accounting, financial reporting, and financial management Manage financial and administration teams and develop the overall financial goals and objectives. Administer and manage preparation of financial records related to payroll, budget, expense and all associated tax and statutory returns and etc. Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits Manage all client accounts for payment settlements Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets Assist in account receivable and payable activities Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial related problems Assist in resource identification, work assignment, performance evaluation, and promotion decision activities Prepare other financial reports on specific activities and performances as needed Evaluate existing accounting system and recommend improvements if required and assist in developing and managing budgeting system. Interview, hire, and train new employees in financial and administration activities Initiate orientation and training programs for employees. Assist in overseeing the Company's HR function on personnel, recruitment, training, and welfare matters. Liaise with staff from other departments as necessary, providing proactive support and advice on financial issues as needed. Any other duties as may reasonably be required and assigned within the scope and range of the job.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
