Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & Admin Intern to assist in the administration of accounting operations and meet legal requirements.Our ideal candidate should demonstrates interest in executing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.Ultimately, this role gives you exposure to the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.You will also be responsible for assisting in the performance of a variety of administrative support including file management, correspondence drafting, funding program support, and ensuring supplies to the office are managed and maintained. Administrative duties also include developing and maintaining administrative systems and performing clerical duties, such as word processing, meeting minute taking, scanning and photocopying.Core Responsibilities
- Assist in recording for all daily transactions
- Assist in procurement process
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Coordination for procurement
- 8 hour shift
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you able to report to our office in Makati from Monday to Fridays?
