We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administrator to manage financial operations and handle administrative tasks to support our business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the company's efficiency and growth
Finance Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing activities
Perform monthly account reconciliations
Prepare and file quarterly GST returns and annual tax submissions
Maintain management reports and financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Record and reconcile supplier invoices
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Track and review daily expenditures of outlets
(Collect documents from the office for posting once a month)
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including responding to emails related to catering services and Ecosystem education queries
Prepare quotations and issue sales invoices
Maintain profiles and manage orders on delivery and sales platforms
Handle general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications and skills:
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in both finance and administrative roles
Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping software (e.g., SQL accounting) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks
